Our story
Built to connect design with the realities of site.
Divine Projects Bharat was established in 2022 by civil engineers Niraj Giri and Nitin Giri. Their experience in construction and site coordination revealed a recurring problem: the original design intent often gets diluted between drawings, contractors and on-site decisions.
Today, the practice combines architecture and interior design input from Priya Khurana with hands-on engineering and execution leadership. This collaborative model helps clients move from concept, planning and visualisation to coordinated implementation through one accountable team.

How does the collaboration work?
Architecture and interior design decisions are developed with the execution requirements in view. The architect, engineers and site team coordinate drawings, materials and buildability before and during execution.
Yes. The scope can include architecture, interior design, space planning, 3D visualisation, working drawings or consultation without turnkey execution.
